The Challenge:

In January 2022, we started working with Stacey while she was still working at her corporate job at Zappos and just starting her own marketing business.

“I had decided I know how to run Facebook ads, so lemme start a done for you Facebook ad agency. And was starting to really build a business, getting leads, but I was in a place where I was like, I know marketing, but I don’t know sales.”

Stacey was taking the action to get visible, grow her awareness, talking to people about her services. All the marketing things she knew were necessary to help build her business.

“The challenge for me was really connecting the dots between marketing and sales, so that way I wasn’t just generating visibility, but I was actually also moving people to the ultimate result of becoming a client.”

We worked together to set up the foundational sales system to set Stacey up for success in turning leads into clients.

“I had significant revenue spikes when we started working together. That sales process of foundational things, like how to conduct a sales call, how to make sure that the people are filling out my contact form and having the right questions on there to give me the answers to qualify leads before hopping on a call, all helped me as I evolved my business model.”

The Be Do Have framework that we walked through with Stacey has helped her through all the changes in her business model. It’s been a great pairing with her foundational sales process.

“I’ve literally done it at least three times since we started working together. It was really about getting my business model and my offers in alignment with what I wanted to do and the impact that I wanted to create.”

The exercise helped Stacey build her confidence and get more specific in her messaging to talk to the people that were the right fit to work with her.

“I started to get on the phone with more qualified people. Setting that kind of foundation and being able to take some of these foundational things and just use them as everything evolves over time with your business, has been a game changer for me.”

Stacey's Journey & Breakthroughs

Working together over the course of a year, Stacey’s mindset shifted. She came into working together with a desire to overcome her fear of success, and achieved it.

“It really helped me to understand that wealth is something that I am in charge of.

Wealth is something that I have the power to create, that it is my birthright, that it is something that I can use to change the lives of other people and myself. And that that success doesn’t have to be scary. Or even more so, even if it is scary, you can do it anyway.”

It forced me to realize that I cannot do all the things. In order to get to the goals that I need, I can’t be the one pushing all the levers.”

Your ability to earn a wage, your ability to generate money, your ability to manifest money, however you want to phrase it, is your greatest asset.

The reason that people fear success is because they think success is out of their control.

But with the right foundation, even if you pivot or change your business model, there are many aspects of your business that are in your control.

“I have learned a foundational skill that I will always need in order to be able to make, to generate wealth within my life and my business.

Creating a sales process, a sales structure, an understanding of how to conduct sales calls, will help me long-term however my business evolves. I can always go back to these foundational things and make sure I’m talking to the right people who have money.”

Long-Term Impact of Working With Unapologetic Wealth:

on her personal life:

“I realized my Facebook ad agency clients were not paying me for my expertise. They’re paying me for the output that I can do for the business.

Working with Natalie helped me to realize that I can get paid for my expertise.”

on her business life:

“I don’t do any done-for-you services anymore. It was shifting into being a fractional CMO that was the alignment I was looking for.”

Meet Your Sales Consultant

Natalie Bullen

I’ve been around the block when it comes to money. I am a former brokerage associate for a Fortune 100 Financial Institution. I have a BS in business management and an MBA that my mama is happy to brag to you about.

I’ve also spent time as a financial literacy educator, small business advocate, and credit educator before pivoting out of the financial industry and moving into growing small businesses.

I’ve taken over 3000 sales calls in corporate America, mostly selling stuff I hated to people who didn’t want it. Now, I have a 65% close rate and only extend offers to great-fit clients who respect me, are problem aware, and ready to do the work. I can show you how to do the same.

My directness is my second-best quality. I’m not here to coddle you. So if you’re not afraid of some firm but fair love as you learn how to grow your revenue sustainably, I’m your girl.
